Q. How do I make a customizable order?

A. If your order is a customizable one you must write all the information and specifications along with your e-mail address and within 1 business day you will receive a custom design to print with your order.

Q. I already have my design ready, can you just print it?

A. Yes, every customizable order comes with file specifications about what we can accept, but generally all JPEGs and PDFs files are good to go, just remember including a high resolution file so we can give you the best quality.

Q. I have a low-quality image, can I use it?

A. If you send a low-quality image we will ask for a higher-quality one, if you still want this image to be printed we will do our best to improve it but sometimes it is just not possible to make it work.

Q. I don't care, I want my low-quality image to be printed!

A. It's okay, we will. Just message us explicitly stating that and we are good to go.

Q. How long does it take for you to make my design?

A. Generally speaking it should not take more than 24 hours for us to send you a FIRST DESIGN.

Q. How can I approve a design?

A. You just have to send a message saying so and we will print.

Q. How many changes can I make to my design?

A. Any amount you want, just remember that a lot of changes tend to make the printing and shipping process take longer.
